A woman has lodged a grievance against a male co worker for him saying "Have you all over tan?" because she had just came back from her holiday!!!!
Is this bloody country going mad or what?
What's wrong with that?.... why the hell couldn't she be flippant and say something like
"Thats for me to know"
I am fed up with this sort of thing happening, this guy may lose his job!

Tend to agree jno. It depends on the relationship they had I suppose. I wouldn't expect his remarks to be put in an letter from anyone I didn't have a very friendly relationship with. Mind you she has made a meal of it!!

I have often raised the question of a black person calling a white person???
I once witnessed a gang of black youths calling a white girl
"White trailer trash!!!!!
nothing was said or done for all it was reported

I think a white person can call a black person black as a description. Its more the N and C words they should use.
