im very stressed out and cannot fall asleep.

im sorry abt yur restless legs it happens on those really tired days too:(
I'm up and I have no idea why. Gonna attempt the sack any time soon :)

Sleep is becoming a thing of the past for me! 2 - 3 hrs a night and that is it, then I will crash out for 6 or 7 every few days. Health problems really. Lord knows what I would do without the internet ☺

My work is unpredictable, I drink too much I have 'altered' sleep patterns, possible depression issues and I'm bored.

Too blummin' right Loobyloo, people just don't get how bad it is do they ? !! Maybe if they give it a fancy scientific name.....?
That sounds like a lot to cope with AP, goodness knows where you start to tick them off.

curvy, ive heard taking a couple of paracetamols can help...?
What tickles me curvy is that among other meds I take 2 sleeping pills every night!

In that case, no job, definite depression issues, a recent recovery from a serious illness that knocked the stuffing out of me and a level of boredom I don't know how to deal with....oh, and I'm single!
