its called a plea and case management hearing it was in magistrates court last month and cause he refuses to plea he has now got to go to crown. Do i want to go thats the problem i honestly dont know, i went last month to magistrates and it was awful seeing him again after all this time and especially what he did but on the other side it showed him i am stronger than he thinks and will pursue justice to the end
then he may not even have to attend himself, so don't put yourself through this for nothing. the date should be set for the trial, and you can find this out by ringing the court later in the day.
Let the law take its course snuggle, It will only look as though you are gloating if you go.
Take your little girl out for the day and forget about it.
