The DM can be very cryptic and sometimes quite obscure miloL but don't give up on it and it's always fun to share with other AB's when you get completely stuck. 23a bugged me for ages even though I'd got quite a few letters in already - obviously the old grey matter wasn't on the same wavelength as the compiler.
