One is supposed to be in the red light district in Barcelona. Apparently it was put up the city's prostitutes, who were freed from syphilis and related illnesses by Fleming's creation, Penicillin.
You can also find one in San Sebastian, Spain ' it was made by the famous Spanish artist Chillida in 1955 in stone, but was stolen. A new Fleming statue has since been put on the promenade of San Sebastian Bay.
