Sending Email on internet / Microsoft Outlook / Hotmail

when i click a link to send a 'contact us' email, i want it to be sent via my hotmail account

within internet options > programs > email, it's set to Windows Live Hotmail

but outlook still loads up!!!!

it's rather annoying. please can someone help?

You cannot do this for web clients. You can only pick a default PS based client in (Browser) Tools/Internet Options/Programs
