Samsung CLP 500 Faint printing

I have a samsung CLP 500 that I found in a friends garage. I replaced all the toner but when I print the image is faint. Would this be a transfer belt problem or HVPS problem and how would i fix?

The image is clear just very light.

Have you done all the nozzle checks / cleaning? How many pages have you tried? Is it on 'draft' setting?

It probably needs a new image drum. No idea what a transfer belt is in relation to a laser printer.

Ok, I've now found a Image Transfer belt for a CLP500 and I'm still not clear what it is!
