What is wrong when you print from the Internet and the first line at the top of the page, which records the site and page number, is sliced in half and the body of the printing is moved up a line or two?

Yes this can be annoying. You could save the web-page first then pick it up in another program like a word-processor or arts package and print from there. Also try the free Adobe software that is regularly found and try using that.
