My ex was served a non-molestation order two weeks ago in regards to making threats to myself and were my son is concerned.. There is also few other points he has to adeer to..

Now on sunday he had his first access visit which was agreed through court.. The end of the access be made the threat of abducting my son. I called the police and as yet he is still not been arrested :(

What is the likely hood of the outcome he will get for breaching this order????

Large history of DV, abuse to myself and threats to abduct my son.
