Now that's what I call a Steak mercia ! Beautiful meat, and I rarely buy anything else when in the mood for a Steak Dinner, not even Rump, Fillet or Sirloin.
To go with it a Full Bodied Red Wine 13-14 %. Top notch...
Whatever the result MS, can you still put up the recipe for cheesy bites and red onion chutney. Sounds delicious.
