maguiars ultimate compound ???

does anybody know of an alternative liquid that works the same way as maguiars ultimate compound
i need to take out the light swirls and oxydation marks on my car but a few of my mates
have not been happy with the results after using this product
i would like to find an alternative that would be applied in much the same way
and could be picked up from a shop as apposed to using the net

What's wrong with Autoglym?
Works ok on Skyline. Wouldn't bother with all that super-fancy stuff .. Thay just want your cash.
