Heuchera problems

I have a red heuchera which has blotches under its leaves and is looking very sorry for itself. The blotches almost look like the signs you see with peach leaf curl. Right next to it is a green heuchera which does not appear to be affected. I am not sure whether I should try to treat the red one (and if so, how) or whether I should just put it out of its misery. If anyone has any ideas, i would be grateful.

As it is a plant thet shoots well from the base I'd cut off all the affected foliage, spray whats left with a general fungicide just in case and give it a feed of bl;ood fish and bonemeal.
