Periods are a week late and i keep wetting myself, but i dont know im doing it, until i notice my underwear is wet. I'm getting so down about this as im only 29 and i do all my pelvic exercises, i cant be pregnant for sure so that's ruled out.

i cant figure it out, it smells, but looks like urine, if you mean discharge, then its not, its just watery

tambo has a good point suzie, however, my guess is that it is urine.
You say that your period is a week late, but you can't be pregnant "for sure" and I would guess that you say that because you have not had intercourse.

So we have a woman of 29years of age ( I presume that you have been pregnant before) who has a degree of urinary incontinence and to me that would suggest a possible cystocoel or weakness of the vaginal wall.

I.ve googled everything that was put to me, but still confused, this is like a bit discharge and bit like water, i get wet all over the vaginal area, haven't still had a period, and it smells a little bit 'fishy'. had two pregnancy tests and both negative, so that is ruled out. Practice nurse had a urine sample sent off, and no infection, so has referred me to incontinence service, i just hope this wont affect my fertility, as we do want another baby sometime next year. thanks guys for your help, and if theres anything else you can tell me about this i will be grateful. xx

i have two children, first was vaginal birth, second was c section.

suzie..thanks for the feedback.....clearly the discharge will need swabbing for organisms, but the "Stress Incontinence Clinic" is the obvious next port of call.

What do they do for you at incontinence clinic??, how do they help?, im already doing the pelvic exercise, and have been for 3 years, oh and it was terrible today, just sneezed and wet myself, had to get changed and started to cry all alone in the bathroom, why is it happening to me???
