I like all of my family its just that my dad, nan and grandad make my life harder.

And i have a big family closely related i have, 2 brothers and a sister and 2 nephews and 2 neices, two aunts and an unlce who are married, giving me 11 cousins.

Then my grandad, had 11 brothers and sisters so i can't even count the amount of distant cousins i have.
But i do tend to get about £20-40 of gift vouchers twice a year so i have non-essential clothes, jewelry and shoes sorted, and my mum buys my school stuff.
Thanxs Dolly - i'm hoping that the hard work and hours we put into them now will keep them on the straight and narrow. My youngest has wanted to be a judge since he was in nursery. He kept on asking who made the rules and to save a big story on government and legislation, my husband told him it was judges and he made up his mind then. He still talks about doing that or at the moment he also wants to be in the SAS! Eldest wants to be an architect or his dream job is to work in the lego factory. Not sure i'd wnat them to be prime minister - hopefully they will be too honest for that!

Molly, it's good that you do your chores and not expect a reward, not everyone can afford to give their kids the same as we do, but the principle remains the same just with smaller amounts.
molly you should be greatful you have lots of family around you because you will need them one day when times are hard
i know they seem a pain now but when day comes when someone you love and rely on is no longer around eg a parent you will be greatful for their support

i only wish i had more family around me at the minute as my dad has a progressive brain illness which will shorten his life and i dont have muich support and i'd love more but my small family dont give a monkeys

i know at 26 i sound like an old out of date fogey but as your 16 you may need your family in 10 years or less as you never know what life will throw at you
be grateful for your family and appreciate that they love you and try to show it in the best way they know how
cuddler, i have a big family, but i hardly ever see them.

Within a ten mile radius, there is my nan and grandad, sister, one of my brothers, his wife and spoilt brat i have to call my nephew.

One auntie and uncle live 50 miles away and another lives about 100 miles away my other brother lives in north wales, near to most of my dads faily, in and around machester, and my mum family live in and around birmingham and my other aunt and uncle live in cyprus, not to mention the family i have in the usa and canada.
