These are a kind of mat which you lie on and it aids sleep and gives you a type of massage,any one bought one of these and what was your thoughts,looked at a few reviews alot of negatives with a couple of positive reviews!!

No I haven't poodi but they sound fabulous! Wouldn't mind trying one myself! Bet they're expensive...

From £34 pounds upwards, have trouble with neck and shoulder pain,thought this would be a godsend but not sure if i should invest in one
