When attempting to send a short video via windows mail. (186mb. 45sec. duration) I get the
following message, "Could not send. not enough memory". What does this mean, and is there
a solution?. All help gratefully received.

That's crazy trying to send an attachment so huge. Max size of attachments with any provider is around 10Mb.
Either clip, resize, or compress to smaller format .. and zip it up, check size before attaching.
