Hi, when clicking on the full screen symbol of a on line video my computer immediatley turns off and re starts.Is there a explanation for this and how do I rectify it please.

probably corrupt video drivers download the latest ones for your computer from the manufacturers website and reinstall them.

If that doesn't help then try reinstalling flash player next.
