Please help - which film is this scene from....

There's a bloke on a bed - he hears footstepts outside door/up the stairs (he's being chased) - he hides under the bed just as the men who r looking for him enter room - he's under the bed and watches the feet - he then takes careful aim and shoots the ankles of the men - once they hit the floor, he takes careful aim again and shoots them in the head.  I think it's a mainstream film - the gun has a silencer - I mentioned this scene to a mate and I can't think of the bloody film - please help

theres a bit in kill bill , the anime bit when o ren ishii is hiding under the bed and shoots some yakuza, also i think bruce willis shoots someone like that in die hard.

Disposes of the other one with a tommy gun later.
