I'm a dipper - 5-10 mins here and there during the day - break to do something in the outside world - then back here for catch up - 5-10 mins etc.

I dip but I can't do it from work through the day, I look in first thing then spend most of the evening dipping, in between other things. That doesn't quite fit any category!
