Conservative Election Strategy

I have just learned that George Osborne is in charge of the Conservative's election strategy. I have not exactly been impressed with his performance as Shadow Chancellor, and a little surprised that someone more experience is not in charge.

Are the Tories on this site heartened by Osborne's new role?

This country has never recovered from the Thatcher years. The Tories do not give a stuff about the working classes and the thought of that tinny voiced, smarmy, pug nosed toff being in charge of our economy just fills me with dread.

well assuming you are an Oap, did you forget how the country was ravaged by socialism in 60's and 70's. If it wasn't for Mrs T the Berlin wall would still be up and we'd be a Soviet state. Still maybe that's what you always wanted, you do a good impression of Red Robbo et al!
