I put a pc into pawn a long time ago and was prepared to let it go up for sale. I use the same pawn broker for cashing cheques and had a large cheque cashed by him.
He deducted his fee and when I got home I realised that he had deducted the redemption fee for the pc. This was without my knowledge or agreement. He said I should take the pc as he didn't want it and I wouldn't be getting the money back and to do my worst. eg solicitor
Can he combine these two different transactions, I don't know where to turn, any help appreciated...
