lancelot "Capability" Brown
OK for Brown at Blenheim, but according to the websites of the other two, Belvoir Gardens were designed by 5th Duchess of Rutland herself, and Cardiff by Andrew Pettigrew for the Marqess of Bute
See Lancelot Brown in wikipedia - gardens & parks - they are all listed there
Of course Wikipedia must be right. Maybe the owners should change the history that is written in their website and their guidebooks.

Belvoir website says 'when Elizabeth (5th Duchess) commissioned Thomas Wyatt to build the castle in 1799 she undertook the design and landscaping of the garden, park and grounds herself'
Lancelot Brown died in 1783 - 16 years before 1799

I'll give you Cardiff - looking further into CC website (timeline) Brown is credited
