okay, so Tesco slipped up and offered lots of quite expensive hair stuff, 3 items for £2. I ordered a lot of stuff, my online bill (with some groceries) came to £60.

I've just had my delivery and have been charged £143! the driver said, "just call them and they'll arrange a refund". so I did and they agreed, as they'd made a mistake. 5 mins later they called back, and will only offer 9 items in this agreement. they will refund or arrange to pick up the remaining items.

this was also the offer in-store until they realised their mistake.

can they do this, or should they honour the price on offer?
