All over pain in feet and more so in the joints under the toes. Was wondering if this is athritis. It feels as if the soles have shrunk and I massage them first thing hoping that will ease them. Any tips I would be grateful

Certainly sound arthritic in nature.

Use Ibuprofen 600mgms when and if necessary up to three times a day.

If this does not do the trick, then see your GP who will probably arrange blood tests to determine the exact type of arthritis.

Have you tried wearing more supportive shoes to try and help?

I have arthritis and find if I don't wear properly supportive and comfortable shoes it makes my feet hurt so much more.
