Hi I forgot to mention my cat has taken to clawing the NEWLY decorated walls. she has got a scratch post and in the garden there are lots of climbing post I know sheis losing her sight but that dose not give her permission to scratch the walls she may not be able to see what she has done but I can. My question is any idea why she should start now when she never done it befor the decorating, and what can I do to stop her, cheers

funny enough clippety I thought that but then it is wall paper and I did show her the designs first.
i recently spent a mere fiver on an indoor scratching post. i didnt really thimk my cats could take to it as they are too used to using the corner of the sofa. its got a big hole in it now ;o(
but i was wrong, they love it. so invest in one of these, and perhaps stand it where she seems to favour scratching.
