Shire :o)
I have "Shire" but can't find any reference to such in Ireland.

Is there a typing error in Alliegid's answer e.g. Shire : o)

Any explanation would be appreciated
It's been answered on a couple of threads as Shire. Alliegid's added the smiley face, is that what you mean? :-) ?
Many thanks to boxtops and grasscarp. One learns something new every day. I suppose I could have searched wikipedia but prefer to try and find query answers from my personal bookshelf. Yes boxtops, didn't recognise it as a "Smiley face"

Anthony
