what to with a duck crown?

we're having veggie chow mein tomorrow and then i saw the duck on offer. I thought that would go together lovely! I've only cooked full ducks, or single breasts - and I don't really know what to do with this, or how long to cook it for!
Would I be better off, taking it off the bone?

This recipe uses double crowns on the bone (which I think is what you're referring to). It quotes a surprisingly short cooking time:
