Does having a stiff neck sometimes make your shoulders uneven? My left shoulder has recently been lower than the right and I've had a stiff neck for the last few days.

I presume there's a connection between the two, but I just want to be sure.

Yes it does.
I have permanently lop sided shoulders because of neck problems!
My daughter suffered from terrible neck pains which also gave her migraine. She was referred to a physio and when she took off her top and sitting in an upright position the physio asked me to come round and look at her shoulders, one was lower than the other (and shoulder blades different levels). Her diagnosis was a mild curvature of the spine (scoliosis). She had some exercises to do and I booked her in with a chriopractor and this helped a great deal with the neck pain, although I think she will always be a bit lop-sided.
