the shiny, greaseproof, tracing paper type of toilet roll. What was that all about? It was all that was available for years well into the 1960's. To my amazement I actually saw some rolls on sale in a Morrisons or Tesco (can't remember which) only last year. I almost bought one for a joke. Would any of you use greaseproof paper to wipe up a spill on a kirchen work surface? 'Nuff said!

I remember that awfull toilet paper when i was at school. It was like wiping your @rse with sand paper.
