Xbox 360 Zune
Hello All
Last week my son tried to download a movie off Zune on the xbox360. It took his money but there were issues with downloading the movie (I think there was a problem with Zune foe everyone at the time)
My son asked a few people who said Zune were having problems and it would be fixed in a few days.
A week later, the movie is still showing as being downloaded in his history (its not been downloaded though) and the money for the movie has been taken.
Does anyone know how we can either, get the movie, get our money back (or points) or contact who ever by phone to sort it out.
