The Specialist

Does anyone remember a Black & White film (made for TV?) called the above.  It was quite short (about 1 hour) and had Bernard Miles in the title role.  This is a wonderful comedy about a man who specialises in building outside toilets (or "privies").  It is not to be confused with a film of the same name which was an adventure/crime Hollywood offering.  The point is, I can't find any trace of this film on any directory, but would love a copy.  I saw it on TV about 1991.
