Unfortunately champagne was spilt on camera over new year and the LCD screen has gone blurred on the inside. Can this be repaired and is it costly..........? As you can set this camera to take photos underwater, would this be classed as a waterproof camera, because if so, the company that does the repairs say they do not repair waterproof cameras. Any help appreciated. Thank you

Try putting the camera in an airtight container, on a layer of (uncooked) rice, and leaving it for a couple of days. Rice is very good at absorbing moisture, so it will absorb any moisture within. It might work, it might not, but it won't do any harm, and might save a costly repair.
