Can I claim against the council after I slipped on none gritted footpath and broke my ankle?

Did it take 1 1/2 hrs for the ambulance to get to you or 1 1/2 hrs for somwonw to stop and help you?

It took 15mins for someone to stop,15mins for a paramedic to arrive with no splint in his car and the over 1hr for the ambulance to arrive then 4hrs before someone could see me in AandE

The main road in to town had loads of potholes due to the snow
but the council have filled them in as if your vehicle is damaged due
to the road surface you can claim off them , my friends car was damaged and
she took photos and they are going to pay for the damage ,so cars are more
important than people , cars can be replaced ..people can't ...
By not clearing the ice / gritting, an individual can not assume that the pavement is safe for use. If it is evident that the icey pavement has been treated, an individual assumes that it is safe for use, and can thus claim for slipping. There was an article on the Mail Online website if you want to search for it on Google. Sorry if i've not made myself very clear here.
