wanting to make two defined areas in our lounge, one lounge and other dining area. we are going to put our big square laura ashley beveled mirror over the sideboard in the lounge area and was thinking of what i could put on the wall of dining area. room only small so dont want to put pictures up as it brings the walls in so im told. was thinking of putting 4 or maybe more small square mirrors so many inches apart from each other to form a square on there but dont know if mirrors would be overkill due to lounge one. did think of putting a shelf over them with a plant hanging down over mirrors etc. any ideas what i can do, want to open up the room. working on getting a round glass bistro size table for there to give it light and a feeling of space with just two chairs.

hahaha-- v good sunny
what about a mirror that looks like a window, if you see what i mean? i've seen them with, say, 9 panes. you could put a shelf underneath, like a windowsill to put a few plants or something on.
Why use a wall to define the 2 areas?

nice idea making a window of mirrors, i have seen those in ikea.im trying to get away from a perfect square which is the measurements of the huge mirror on the lounge wall area. i dont particuarly want an oblong but just a nice feature on the dining room wall area where it looks different to the lounge and opens up the wall to be spacious. cant think of anything else but mirrors to do this but dont want to go overkill on the same long wall with mirrors in 2 defined areas.obviously the small table and 2 dining chairs will give it that dining area look but dont want area to look cramped. any more ideas more than welcome, thank you all so far for your answers.
