Marks & Spencer nut roast

Had dinner with friends in New Years Eve and amongst other things they had a M&S nut roast. It was gorgeous, but apparently they only sell it at Christmas. has anyone any idea how to make it. It was really nutty with some cranberries in it. Thanks

If you google Nut Roast, you will get some recipes to give you the method. What I do then to try and copy a commercial version like M&S is to go through the ingredients list and replicate it using the recipe methods. You won't need to add all the E numbers though!
