ummmm maybe my mate was lucky.............her husband left her with 2 young children without any warning and she'd no idea where he'd gone. The CSA found him working in London.....

They make even less effort if you're not claiming benefits.

They make NO effort if you are not claiming benefits...and it the errant father is self employed and hands in heavily "doctored" books which says he is earning only £35 per week...they believe it!
