Hershey Chocolate USA make these and describe them as 'Milk Chocolate English Toffee Bars'. I love 'em!! Is there a UK equivalent??

I suppose you would have to sample all the different English toffees that are produced over here to find the best match, otherwise you can buy Heath Bars direct from http://www.sweetnostalgia.com/heathbars.html
