chocolate fountain

hi all,
can anyone tell me as to how i could go about makin chocolate sauce with double cream, i have already bought some cooking chocolate, N dbl cream, need it to cater for the fountain, THANKS in

melt the choc in a pan over simmering water and add the double cream and mix to gether don;t let it boil though
