Has anyone a recipe fo pan bagna with gelatin and then pressed? Never had it jellied. Searched for hours without finding it happy holidaze

Never heard of a pan bagnat with gelatine and I used to eat them all the time when I lived in France. To be honest, I can't think why you'd want to make it with gelatine - it sounds a little strange.
