Hi Sue
When I was in the LFB we used to use a product called "COMPROX" to clean the drip trays and the appliance room floor - it was brillaint stuff. Why not try Googling it ?

Fairy liquid and a stiff scrubbing brush doesn't do a bad job.

When I get oil drips on my concrete slabs I use Gunk Engine Degreaser. Brush it on and scrub well, then rinse, it works a treat. Gunk also market a product for getting oil off drives but I didn't think it worked too well.
