I've tried to do this before but could'nt convert a pdf to word - you can do this the other way round tho

I've only got two solutions (but someone may know of a programme that does just what u want)...

1 - print out and fill in by hand
2 - contact the place where u got the form and ask them to send it to you in word format

sorry cant be of more help

thanks silkcut, ive done it =)

i went on to this website to convert it for me. its a pain filling forms in by hand, i have six pages of extensive details to fill in and i know i will go wrong! :S

but i went to this site, so if people need it in the future, its pretty handy.

hmmm ... I found an place to fill them in on line at http://www.pdffiller.com/ and a free program to let you do it on your own PC at http://www.bbconsult.co.uk/Resources/PDFFormFiller.aspx

I haven't tried either of them, but if someone finds the links useful ...
A wonderful site if it's safe! How do folks feel about browsing one's own computer from a site that is presumably already in breach of Adobe's copyright?
I meant WB's site. Huderon's download can easily be screened by security software.
