Puppy vaccinations

I have phoned 2 different vets about puppy vaccinations,both said they had to be done at 8wks and 10wks but 1 also said for my labrador as a large breed another 1 at 16/18wks would be needed.Has anyone else had this told to them?

First vaccination always used to be given at 10 weeks, and the second two weeks later, but some vets will vaccinate at 8 weeks now. My vet likes to give a booster at 5 months, but it isnt dependant on breed size.
