Thanks, but again i cant get them to fit as the E in 17a Comes from Reek which the clue is a Pungent Scent _ _ _ K, i can only think of Reek or Ponk and neither provide an U for Annuity

They will fit with Sea Change but i have never heard of it in that context and the clue just says radical transformation but not in the context of a peron or object or nature
