Don't you get the box to go back to pages 2,3,4 (questions 21-30, 31-40) at the top and at the bottom, or is just that when you click on it nothing happens.
I suggest you simply sign out of AB then sign back in. If that doesn't work, try it again and also use Internet Options to clear the cache.
