Several time, it's a lovely place.

No chance whifffey.............my father was from up there.....that was enough to put me off for life......
and you have to watch out for the lochsteggy monster
Just got back from Scotland...Marvellous....Visited Edinburgh, Perth, Balmoral, Fort Augustus and Inverness and a tour around the Highlands....My favourite town? Inverness! the Edinburgh Tattoo not to be missed...We travelled by coach with "Lochs and Glens"-- a firm favourite...x

I detect from Clyde1 that the general population are less than impressed with George Burley.......
I went in 1980, to visit my Brother-In-Law, he was in the Army in the Cairngorms and based at Aviemore. I liked Scotland so much I went back in 2002, to Edinburgh on a day trip, I may go again in another 22 years if I am spared.
Oh I went to Glasgow for a business meeting in 2004 and stayed overnight, but didn;t acyually think I was in Scotland, the talk was all about shoes.
i was in Glasgow 2 weeks ago dot, they are still talking about shoes
I am a regular visitor to St Andrews.

Beautiful place.
