lost another 1.5lbs tonight ,thats 11.5 lbs.all together,i'm so chuffed with myself
prev BBC Antiques Road Show.
  
next Is there anyone sensible who just can't sleep?

mine is 'ahmmm' stones as well,if i loose eneugh weight i can go ahead with my brain op.
