Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Good Morning All,

I hope everyone is well.

Currently we are drafting the new Quizzes and Puzzles posting rules for the new AnswerBank - we thought it might be best to ask everyone here what exactly they'd like to go in this document.

It will act as a set of posting guidelines for anyone posting in the Quizzes and Puzzles section - what do you need to help someone out with their Quiz or Crossword?

I have looked for answers that have been given previously and then ab says my time is up and I can't see any more . My broadband is not very quick at times.

Please.please could the section Quizzes & Puzzles just be one section including Crosswords, with Riddles in the sub-section.I am tired of searching for something in Quizzes and Puzzles and then finding it in the Crosswords sub-section. Also I find a lot of questions are duplicated in both sections which uses up more space.It would surely make easier searching and asking questions.

Will you be posting in other sections for suggestions with regards to rules/recommendations on posting questions?

Technology could do with a note at the top telling people that details are important!

two of my main complaints : on a weekend this site is taken over by crossword clues.... they have their own section use it. Also the title should be the proper name of the quiz not 'Help please' or 'local quiz'. Local quiz doesn't apply. I live in Yorkshire but have quizzes from Scotland,Kendal. Kettering and Norfolk amongst others.However i suspect that in 6 months time everything will be just as it is now.

I have asked 38 questions but only one was a crossword/puzzle question and I didn't send in my entry. I don't feel comfortable using other people's answers. I usually find my own.
