Hi all. I am currently trying to make a complaint regarding a rental I made through Hertz in the UK. I have emailed their customer service centre a number of times but each time I receive an automated reply to say they are dealing with my request. I have since received no reply from the original email which was sent 2 weeks ago. Is there a regulatory body I could contact to try to action this or take the complaint fuether? Thanks Alb
Its time to threaten them with the ombudsman. Ask for the chairmans name and email address, this usually prompts a reply rapidly. If this doesnt work, go to the local branch and ask to speak directly to an Area Mnager.
I know i used to work For enterprise, and this definatly would work for them.
