dishwasher noise and heat

Hi,
My dishwasher of 4 years has started to make a noise when in use. Noise goes when filling with water, then returns. Also, the bottom of the dishwasher seems to get very hot.
Anyone any ideas please or is it fatal??

If your worried that hot water can kill you,does this mean you dont have baths or showers?

they will get hot have you tried putting a bottle of rince in and putting it on a hot long wash clear the tubes out, oh and they all make a noise all that water swooshing about also keep your salt toped up also check the spinning arms top and bottom are clean and holes are clear
