The Florida Mall and Belz are great.  Also The Buena Vista premium outlets are fantastic.  There is also a reasonably new mall called the Mall of Millenia supposed to be great - haven't been but am going next time there later in year.  Oldtown is good for gift shops and atmosphere etc.  For eating you cant beat The Olive Garden on International Drive and Damons in Oldtown.  As you can see I love Orlando - cant wait to go back.
